Explain why the circular path is below the electron beam.  What would happen to the circle if the magnetic flux density were to be increased?

If we apply Fleming's Left Hand Rule, we get this:

Twist your hand around and you will find that your second finger points in the opposite direction to the flow of electrons.  Remember that the current is conventional, flowing from positive to negative which is the opposite to the flow of electrons.

 

The radius of the circle would get smaller if the magnetic flux density were increased.
